1. What the Site is — and is not

The Site is a static informational publication describing the Company's organizational scope — a rail fence of livestock and equine service categories. The Site is not a booking calendar, a stall-availability listing, a scheduling desk, or an account system. No stalls are reserved, no field calls are dispatched, and no payments are made through the Site.

2. Information the Site collects directly

The Site is served by Firebase Hosting (Google LLC), which processes standard web-server logs — IP address, user agent, requested path, and timestamp — as part of delivering pages. These logs are governed by Google's infrastructure policies. Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts; your browser requests those files directly from Google. No other third-party services are embedded.

5. How inquiry information is used

Information you send is used only to read, route, and respond to your inquiry, and to keep an ordinary business correspondence record. The Company does not operate marketing lists, does not profile senders, and does not sell, rent, or trade personal information to anyone.

6. Retention

Correspondence is retained for the period reasonably necessary to answer you and to satisfy ordinary record-keeping obligations under Utah and federal law and our records schedule, after which it is deleted or archived. If you ask us to delete a thread that is not subject to a retention requirement, we will do so.

The Site is served over HTTPS. Because the Site collects no sensitive data and stores nothing on visitors' devices, its attack surface is minimal.
